5 Ways To Increase Google Adsense Earnings
Written by GnomeFan on May 6, 2008 – 1:57 am -Even though i haven’t reached $10 on my Google Adsense account, but i read a few sites and they really give good advise on how to boost your Google Adsense earnings. I’m still trying some of these tips to gain more from my Google ads.
Here are 5 steps that you could do to increase your earnings;
1. Most of the people that use Google Adsense said that the Large Rectangle (336×280) are the type of ad that bring most revenue. Most of them said that once they change to this type of ad, a significant increase of their CTR happen. The cause of this to happen? The links provided in it is just like a normal link.
2. Make use of the Google Adsense’s color palette. Design your ad so that it doesn’t look like an ad. Design it so that it blends together with your blog/site’s contents. (please refer to my google ad below).
3. Don’t ‘hide’ your ad. What’s the use if you join the ad program and not show them to your visitor? It won’t bring any clicks and the cause of that, NO MONEY! Well, i don’t mean hide your ads as in putting it in invisible mode,but merely ‘misplacing’ your ad. Make sure you put your ad where people can see them and you’ll see an increase in your earnings.
4. Focus on a specific target or topic when you’re posting. This is so that the ads mechanism can read what the main content of your post and find related links/advertisers according to your post.
5. Relevant ads. This is directly connected to the 4th point. You have to make sure that the ad that is displayed is similar to what you are posting. If you post about programming but your ads display guitars. What’s the use?? Right??
Well, I’m trying very hard to generate atleast some income from Adsense. Hope it happens!!
