McD Is Stupid!

Haha..
The world most recognized fast food outlet (i think), McDonald’s is a fun place to be. Right? Well, most of the time
. With their cute (sometimes) cashiers and all, and their tasty food, surely, they make millions monthly. Right?
But, what IF, they hired stupid people to be their employees. Won’t it surely affect their daily, monthly and yearly revenue and income?
Well, here’s the thing. Yesterday, i went to McD …..
Ordered the 4 pieces McNuggets ..
Ok. Then, walk to an empty table.
Eat2.. Then, want to eat the McNuggets. Reach in, then, i noticed something, IT GOT 6 PIECES IN IT!
I said to my self,”What should I do?”. Without thinking long after that, I continue eating.
Then, my friend made a funny discovery.
I did not edit the picture at all. This is the SAME McNuggets ‘packaging’. Just the other side of the picture above. On one side, it says 4 pieces, the other side says 6 pieces.
So, was it the McD employee to blame or the printing company?

McD uses the same paper bag for 4 piece and 6 piece nuggets all these while. The employees will fold the top of the paper bag accordingly, showing 4 piece if there’s 4 piece inside and otherwise. This is probably just the mistake of the packaging worker. =)

It’s not a mistake dummy. That way the can use the same bag to serve 4 piece or 6 piece nugget. They just need to fold the bag to the right side kapish?

it’s well known that they use the same paper bag for both 4 pieces and 6 pieces. They’ll stick a sticker on the side which is right, and well, at times human error happen and thus, you end up getting more in your pack.
if you buy 6 pieces and get 4, you’ll probably complain and get 6 back.

Hi gnomefan,
I wish to defer your statement. McDonald’s is the largest food chain in the world and one of their main target is cost saving. Why they need to make 2 types of packaging to cater the same product (except different in qty) whereby the can save tonnes of money (and trees too) by designing a dual-product packing? If you’ve been to A&W, they even implemented a standard packing for their burger-based products. Different industry using different approach of the same concept. It’s a matter on how the crew being train to use such tool.
