 This is not the first time i write about this company. And maybe not the last. The company is a multimillion ringgit company, a company with a great look, a company that promises their users the BEST service, coverage and such. Want to know what company i’m talking about? Maxis.

Want to know what is the problem with me and Maxis this time? Their prepaid service, HOTLINK. I’m a Hotlink user, yes, i’m guilty of supporting something that is stupid. It’s been a couple of weeks that i ( i don’t think i’m the only one) suffered by using their service. Why i’m suffering you ask? well, they kept sending me ‘promotion’ messages that i would like to label as, SPAM. (Sending me almost 10 messages under 3 hours is not spam?) Asking me to buy this, telling me to try that,trying to rip people off is what they’re trying to do. I’m not putting into account the ’sexy videos, and pics’ messages that i receive every single day.

I hope that Maxis stop this bull-waste and start improving their service. If not, i may have to change to another provider.

I’m sure many nuffnangers out there would choose animals that are unique(starfish), different(sea horse), and also maybe stylish(zebra), to be the topic of their post regarding the entry post for gaining access to the party. Well, not that i want to go to the party, but what the heck, the title of ‘animals’ is a good subject and i surely can make a post out of it.

I’m sure choosing animals like lion,monkey,cats,dogs,pigs,etc would be cool but it sure will not be original and not great at attracting people’s attention. If I were REALLY going to the party, i would choose one animal that may not pop up in the minds of the general public,and that is the slowest animal on earth, THE SLOTH!

"Why the sloth?", I hear you ask. Well, the main reason I chose the sloth is because the event is sponsored by Maxis Broadband,the broadband service provider that is notoriously famous for it’s broadband narrowband speed.There are many similarities between the Sloth and Maxis Broadband, they’re both SLOW, and they’re both USELESS. Heh. Interesting fact about the sloth is that, it would take a sloth nearly a month to walk one mile, amazingly, it also takes MAXIS one month(or two) to replace a subscriber’s broken modem. Really right? So many similarities, i was also shocked to find out these facts :P.

Haha. That’s it. That’s all the words i want to speak out. Heh. ENJOY!

First of all, i want to set this clear, Maxis Wireless Broadband suck! I pay for broadband and the speed that i got is under 100kbps. Now thats fcuked up. When i was signing up, you guys said that my area is broadband covered. What a bunch of bull crap. After a few days, i called your broadband centre, and i was shocked. All of a sudden, my area is not covered. What the fish?? Did your tower fell or something??

From that day on, i started to hate your service. Frequent disconnection, bad service, slow speed and worst of all, you guys hire IDIOTS for customer service. EVERYTIME i called the centre, they suggest me do the same freaking thing. Close your modem, disconnect the modem from the power source, and turn it on. I told your IDIOTS that the modem is fried, but still, they told me to do the same. What ignorance.

I not only hate your broadband service, NO. I also hate another service of yours, which is your prepaid network service, HOTLINK. It’s also fked up. Sometimes, i call for a few seconds and all of a sudden, i ran out of credit. How the heck? I had a few ringgit before that. You guys suck money out of your customer and leave them for dead.

I’m saying all this (not whining) because the broadband service today totally SUCK. I’m tired of being stupified(is this even a word) by this company. I even wanted to send them a feedback, but guess what? Somehow, their feedback form is ‘down’. Hmm.. Maybe they received SOOOOO many complaints that they decide to take it down.
